Vertical Custom Flag, made of 115g / sqm nautical polyester - nowadays considered the best type of fabric for flag printing - resistant but at the same time bright and lightweight - ideal for both outdoor and indoor flags.

Depending on the ordered quantities, we use sublimation or screen printing: thanks to the particular texture of the fabric, the color is absorbed by the fiber ensuring the specular visibility of the graphics on the back of the flag.

A focus on the finishings

The finishing is made with double stitching along the perimeter using 100% high tenacity polyester thread, two types of finishing options are usually required:

Finishing with hooks: reinforcement in polyester strap on which proper ABS hooks are applied in appropriate quantities.
Finishing for banner arm system: pocket on the upper side made with the flag fabric - flat, measuring 6 cm, for pole with a maximum diameter of 3.5 cm - reinforcement strap in polyester on which the proper quantity of abs rings are attached. Carabiner suitable for hanging the weight to the lower end of the strap.

The use of this material allows the flag to wave freely despite its tenacity, furthermore the particular weave with wide knot and blocked meshes allows a quick drying of the product compared to other materials commonly used for printed flags, an ideal feature for outdoor use.

This flag is entirely made in Italy, the top quality materials and the techniques used for the production are selected in order to guarantee resistance, color brightness and an excellent quality - price ratio.
